(1)art (2)relationship
This book was designed during "book design” course led by Noam Schechter, Ahmad Kharouf and Hagit Rozilio 2022. At the Department of Visual Communication Bezalel, Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem. This book refers to the Israeli artist couple Siona Shimshi and Jachin Hirsch. Siona was an Israeli painter, sculptor, ceramicist and textile designer. Jachin‘s passion was photography and film.
The viewer gains insight into their relationship and their different creative backgrounds. Both are strong, different personalities, but their relationship is characterized by the fact that they support each other and spend a lot of
time living out their art together.

01 Curtain
During my work at Cure.tain, I had the opportunity to collaborate on the curtain design for Karhard's "Petshop" in Berlin. The fabric we used was from Kvadrat, and the animals were laser-cut and individually glued. They form a glossy, lively surface that separates two rooms of the "Petshop."
process:)

02 Tent for BAM
Another great project with Cure.tain <3, created in collaboration with Tadan for BAM's showroom. I was involved in the production and installation process. It serves as a meeting room, as well as a setup for different situations when the structure is partially uncovered.
There is a metamodernist charm in the combination of strict metal construction, romantic Roman textiles and cheerful cord bows.

12 – 2023
Installation VOO Space
“Celebrating Berlin Craftsmanship” is an exhibition of functional artworks. Thibaud Guyonnet carefully brought together 30 artists and their works created locally in Berlin. Cure.tain was proud to feature a curtain designed by Ksenia Oganesya and I assisted in the installation process.
